Hi I’m Dineka!
Born and raised here in Houston. I am a full time entrepreneur. I’ve been blessed to make my two favorite hobbies, Pilates + skincare my full time jobs. Pilates has been such a healing outlet for me. I started Pilates in 2019 in search of a form of movement that didn’t trigger my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Ive been obsessed ever since. Pilates has truly helped me become a stronger, healthier version of myself.
I love iced matcha lattes, and all things wellness. My favorite Pilates move is any and every type of lunge!

Hi I’m Julissa! I was born and raised in Houston, I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 7 years and just recently stepped into the world of Pilates—which I’ve absolutely fallen in love with! My classes are a blend of strength, flow, and feel-good energy. Expect a mix of stretches, core-burning movements, and an empowering vibe that leaves you feeling strong and centered.
I like to keep things fresh with a diverse music playlist—from R&B and hip-hop to afrobeats and vibey house—because movement should feel just as good as it sounds.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or just looking to switch up your routine, my classes are built to support your goals, meet you where you are, and leave you glowing.

I'm a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor — and a proud mama of two girls. I love strength training and always try to incorporate it into my reformer sessions.
My goal is to help you feel amazing after every class while encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I believe in living fully, enjoying life with my girls, and always making space to prioritize fitness.

Nyah
Hi, I’m Nyah, a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor with a B.S. in Kinesiology. My passion for Pilates began during my time at the University of Houston, where I studied exercise science and entrepreneurship. Inspired by my classically trained, physical therapy–based teacher trainers, I fell in love with the classical method and its healing power. I believe movement is medicine, and my calm yet challenging classes focus on core foundations that leave you feeling snatched, strong, and aligned.

Hi I'm Rachel!
As a classically trained dancer with a contemporary foundation and a passion for hip-hop, I bring rhythm, flow, and intentional movement into every class. My playlists blend strong beats from any genre to keep you moving, while the workouts focus on building strength, flexibility, and deep body awareness. Expect a dynamic, empowering experience that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and connected.

Hi, I’m Sheridan!
Florida native and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher- certified in Pilates, Sound Healing and Meditation. My purpose is advocating for physically and mentally healthy lives through movement and sound. It’s all about the vibes. I enjoy all methods of teaching from group classes and private clients to workshops and fitness challenges. My classes are playful and energetic while promoting mindfulness through form and breath work.
